On today’s episode of #TSRP we jump into the mind of Spann with a few of his Random Thoughts from this past week before we respond to some Listener Feedback. Then we jump right In The News, where the FDA has put a pause on the use of the Johnson & Johnson one dose COVID vaccine after a few occurrences of blood clots with patients that received it. Kim Potter, the now former Minneapolis Police Officer that killed Daunte Wright during a traffic stop has been charged for his death. 13 year old Adam Toledo was shot in killed by Chicago Police, and body cam footage appears to show that he was unarmed at the time he was shot, but was he in possession of a gun just moments before he was shot? And the state of Tennessee could be on the hook to HBCU, Tennessee State University to the tune of $544 Million in land grant funds that never made it to the school.

Then we move on to Blue Blazes, where Lisa Raye and her rapper sister, Da Brat appeared to have made up recently at a birthday party. Has our months long national nightmare finally come to an end? A Louisiana woman was arrested for refusing to return $1.2 Million that was mistakenly deposited into her bank account. Did the Lord giveth her thine monies and also taketh away her freedom? An exotic dancer in Las Vegas has accused R&B singer Usher of making it rain in the club with funny money. Could he really have thought they’d be hollering YEAH! after this stunt? And a California family has finally been able to move into their dream home after a 15 month long battle with a squatter. Could it still be your dream home if you had to fight the person who sold you the home to move out for 15 months?

Then we got some people meeting the unemployment line, justifiably so in Lose Your Job, where the police officer who pepper sprayed United States Army Lieutenant, Caron Nazario has been let go by the Windsor Police Department in Virginia. And a 26 year old internet marketer was let go by his employer after he was called out for promoting the sale of blank COVID vaccination cards on his TikTok page.

And in Proud To Be American, we find Sharon Osbourne on Real Time With Bill Maher giving her account in what ultimately resulted in her getting fired from The Talk. But was this a genuine retelling of the events, or a softball interview from a seemingly more right friendly “liberal?” Will Smith, and Antoine Fuqua have decided to move the production of their new movie, Emancipation from Georgia in response to the passage of the new Georgia Voting Laws passed. And former Republican Congressman, and current Texas State Republican Chairman, Allen West has a bone to pick with them, as he’s a native of Georgia. But is he picking the wrong fight?

And then as always, we close the show out, with our Champ of The Week announcement, so let’s get to it fam, with the Real Talk, All The Time, right here on The Spann Report!
